چکیده
We attempts to discuss the clinical efficacy and application of calcium dobesilate combined with ranibizumab in patients macular edema secondary branch retinal vein occlusion. randomly selected 100 occlusion who had accepted therapy our hospital from September 2019 2021 as general data. Then divided them into two groups, one was observation group other control (n=50). Among them, treated ranibizumab. Observation better changes best corrected visual acuity foveal thickness after 1 mo, 3 mo 6 treatment than group. Control more serious complications Calcium has a significant effect on can reduce patients.

PURPOSE The aim of the present study was to evaluate visual acuity (VA) and central macular thickness (CMT) to assess the influence of serous retinal detachment (SRD) in eyes with macular edema (ME) secondary to branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO). METHODS Sixty-one eyes with BRVO from 61 patients with ME were analyzed and divided into two groups according to the spectral domain optical cohe...

PURPOSE To assess the effectiveness and safety of intravitreal ranibizumab compared with bevacizumab for the treatment of macular edema associated with branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO). METHODS This was a retrospective study of 80 eyes with macular edema associated with BRVO. Patients received either 0.5 mg of ranibizumab (n = 24) or 1.25 mg of bevacizumab (n = 56) intravitreally. Both gr...

PURPOSE To determine the incidence of rebound macular edema after intravitreal bevacizumab in eyes with macular edema secondary to branch retinal vein occlusion and to identify the pretreatment factors that were significantly associated with the rebound. METHODS The changes in the foveal thickness after the intravitreal bevacizumab (1.25 mg/0.05 mL) were studied in 65 eyes of 65 patients with...
متن کاملIntravitreal Ranibizumab for Treatment of Macular Edema Secondary to Retinal Vein Occlusion
R etinal vein occlusion (RVO) is a common retinal vascular disease that can lead to significant visual loss and blindness. The 15year cumulative incidences of branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) and central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) are 1.8% and 0.5%, respectively, thus representing a serious public health problem. The main risk factors for RVO include age, hypertension, arteriosclerosis, ...
